Oscar Adoption Story

Oscar aka Moose aka Scooby Doo aka Big Dufus! Rehomed April 2025.

He has settled in so well, and his personality has really come through – massive big stoopid goofball He is loving life with his greyhound and whippet pals. And he has become a big of a local celebrity – everywhere we go people want to say hi to him and he has become much more confident around strangers.

He has given himself the role of bouncer in our local pub, giving everyone a sniff when they come in the door and approving most of them (especially those with dogs and/or treats)

He sleeps upstairs in his bed in our room but has decided that the rule is that if it’s dark he’s in his bed but if the sun is up he is too and thinks it’s time to come into our bed. He never comes into the bed without permission so he stands with his face an inch from mine until I wake up. So the first thing I see is his massive heid he’s quickly learned that I sometimes pretend I’m sleeping so he breathes really loudly and if that doesn’t work he shakes his head, slapping his ears on my face. Honestly he is hilarious!

He had really quickly become one of the family and we all absolutely love him
